How do I book you?

Scheduling is actually simpler than you think. All bookings are initiated on the website. After your inquiry, you will hear from me, directly to discuss your needs.

All sessions are paid at the time of booking via our online payment system to secure the date and time on the calendar.

Do you offer professional makeup?

We have a complimentary professional makeup artist with every FULL Session held at the studio.

How much should I budget for a photoshoot?

My commission fee is $295. Packages start at $395, individual images start at $175 and go up from there. Each client has different product needs, from albums to wall-art, or digitals. The average client spends $1400+. What you buy is totally up to you.

How long will it take to view my photos?

The turnaround time is no longer than 10 days. Please let me know at booking if you need to view them sooner. After your session, I will comb through your images and select the top images to share with you. These are naturally retouched and presented within the 10 days.

Once an order is placed, delivery of items will be determined by the item ordered.

What happens if there is bad weather?

We opened our studio in March of 2022, so if we are due to shoot outdoors, and can not, we can move to the studio or reschedule to produce your desired images, decision will be made in a timely manner.

What should I expect the day of my session?

Expect to laugh, perhaps even cry, you just never know. My team and I love what we do, but we love connecting to people more. JOY is definitely contagious, so catch the vibe. We will guide you throughout the session to insure you look your best! If being photographed with your significant other, family or friends, just interact amongst yourselves, we got the rest. Some of the best images are captured when clients are acting and reacting naturally!

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY.

  1. Session fee. Due at time of booking in order to secure your date. No date is secured without FULL payment. Session fees are non-refundable and cover the time and planning for the session itself, and complimentary makeup artist.. Session fees are valid for no more than 6 months after the date of purchase.

  2. Cancellation and rescheduling. If you must cancel your session, please let us know as soon as possible (2 days notice would be amazing) so that we can reschedule to the next available Date. Please be considerate with my time as I will be with yours.

  3. Inclement weather. If there is increment weather the day of your session, one of two things will happen: we will reschedule your session to the next available date OR a suitable indoor location will be arranged to include our studio. This will be discussed roughly one week prior (as soon as forecast is available) and the final decision will be made no sooner than 2 days (no later than 24hrs) prior to your session.

  4. TIME. Please arrive on time to your session dressed and ready to begin makeup application. There is a window of time allotted for your makeup and photo session which begins at your specified time so additional time for preparation will reduce the time we can spend taking photos. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session is SUBJECT to cancellation.

  5. Proof Galleries. Once expired, a $50 re-archival fee applies to reopen your gallery. After 3 months, all unordered files will be removed. Payment plans are available for orders totaling more than $395, and must be paid within 90 days. Proof galleries are for viewing only. SHARING of SCREENSHOTS of the gallery is a copyright violation.

  6. RETOUCHING. Your proof gallery will be lightly retouched. Once your final selections are received, all ordered photos will be fully retouched. This includes any further lighting/color adjustments, skins smoothing, lint removal, etc- any adjustments that will result in a flattering final photo.

  7. Usage and photo credit. Your images are for personal or professional use only (depending on type of session booked). If you desire to use images commercially, this will incur a licensing fee - to be determined based on the manner in which the image will be used. Unless otherwise stated, you grant permission to include your photos in Tasha Prescott Photography portfolio. If the request is made for your images not to be included in the portfolio, this will be honored and noted in your contract. ** Covid 19 If you or anyone in your household are feeling sick, please let me know as soon as possible. even if its the day of your session. Your session will be cancelled and we will reschedule once everyone is feeling better.
